im having trouble with my client it says failure to bind to client due to agentilitizationexception and ive tried to re downlaod it update it move it to system 86 folder ive re downlaoded updated and moved runescape from the official website and same for java i have both .32 and .64 on mine and ive taken off the .64 and it says it needed the .64 java to work. helppp

After yesterdays update to OSRS, as you are aware, programs weren't working which caused me to waste about £1-£2 credits attempting to see if they were back online. Is it possible to get credits wasted refunded back into my account?
Contact the bot author, if they're very kind they might refund you despite the fact it was advertised on all communication platforms as well as the forums multiple times. There was even an in-client alert saying that OSRS was experiencing difficulty. You should have waited until a RuneMate had a client update available.
I am new to the client so I was unaware, also there was no in-client alert? I now know for the future though.. thanks.
