as you can see, I have been billed for 9 hours and 10 hours of using the same bot consecutively and there is no chance that I ran the bot for 9 or 10 hours prior to the charge.

At first I thought it may have been a summary of all of the hours you had used that day, but I have gone through all of the transactions in my wallet and those two deductions of $0.50 and $0.40 make up part of the total deductions from my initial deposit.

If anyone could look at this issue for me, it would go appreciated.

    Thanks

Did you restart the bot several times? It charges every time on startup

How many bots did you run? It counts for both hours and each bot.

just the one client, and I may have restarted it once or twice, but not that many. It is charging me for 19hrs of useage of that bot during that day, along with the few other hours I ran it earlier. Does it charge if you pause the bot and then resume it? Because that is the only thing I can think of.

No pausing it doesnt affect the charge.

And thanks for proving my point that you restarted it. You clearly didnt do it once or twice as shown above and playing dumb won't get you anything refunded....

    User error

    pls mark resolved @Party

Come to think of it. I haven't even gained 40% of the xp I would have got if I had ran the bot for the 22 hrs it says I ran it for yesterday. It isn't possible.

stfu retard, restarting the instance won't be shown as consecutive 9 hours usage

For you to make that kind of assumption is completely ignorant. I already realise that stopping and restarting the bot will cause the deduction of another hour of usage from my wallet. The only times I had to restart this bot was due to it failing to load up the GUI twice after I pressed play. I ran the bot for a maximum of 4 hours in that 24 hr timeframe and that would have to have mean't that I had stopped and restarted it 18 times.

If anyone with any significance would check my bot usage and wallet deductions, I would appreciate it.

    Thanks

All I can think it might be, if not a bug, is that when I started this bot up two times that crashed, both instances somehow kept running. I saw there is a way to view a chart that shows the XP gained per hour of usage for a user. Is that something I can view or do I need an admin to check it?

    Thanks

Yeah, there is something definitely not right about that. It is saying I ran this bot for 18 hrs on the 20th, which is today. I was up into the early hours of today but wasn't botting whilst asleep...

it does this alot when you turn off the bot you end up getting charged for an hour even thought it only ran for ~1 min.

When i bought credit it kept charging me every time i closed the bot even thought i only used for 5-10min. ended up spending $.50 in 30 min.

I understand your point however I am pretty adamant I only let the bot run for under 1 hr or 2 hrs at the most per session, minimising the chances of it running into the next hour.
