I've done Yaks for most of my training and I'm at 80+ in all combat stats. For melee I've ready INCREDIBLE results from NMZ by Party and Serene but they do require a little bit of setup to get going. I'm averaging ~35K/hr at Yaks but NMZ has a much higher potential and is personally instanced so not many people around to report you while Yaks are public and usually have people there. are you playing osrs ? i got 99 strength in NMZ (nightmare zone) with Prime NMZ by @Party , also Divine magics by @Serene is great for magic! Both scripts bots got all the features you need!
sandcrabs is solid. Get ava's accumulator for ranged. But Mith darts. Melee is solid too. I dont' see much magic there so I don't know what the xp rates are. I was training def from 60 to 70 and was getting about 50k xp/hr

I used a MACRO RECORDER and did NMZ and maxed out 6 accounts using the same one inventory macro recording. Works wonders. Have all absorbtion potions along with 7 overloads I believe with max DEF gear. Great combination for cheap training method and since the bot is so short and clicks once only when needed to sip potions it's flawless. Make sure macro is paid and has no trials. The trick is to do NMZ once and record it while doing minimal movements and keep playing the same macro until all 99s
