Resolved Bought $10USD of credit but I don't have it

    Just bought the $10 USD package for credit but I haven't received it into my wallet.
    Tried restarting client and logging in and out of website but it hasn't added anything, money has already come out of my bank account.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

    same thing is going on with me, i subscribed for $4 a moonth and bought $5 of runecash and its not hit my account

    $10 has been added to my account, maybe I overreacted because it took so long, all of the other times I've bought credits it's been instantly added to wallet.

    Problem solved, this thread can be closed

    I've made a payment, why have I not received credits yet?
    All payments are automated and if you have not yet received your upgrade, your payment will still be processing. Processing time varies depending on your bank. If this is the case, you will need to wait for the transaction to successfully complete or contact PayPal to find out more.
