Yes that's how the system works. Everytime you start an instance you are charged for 1 hour.
EVERY time. Even if the last session lasted 1 second, it'll still charge you again for an hour.

so once again someone else is at fault. I shouldn't be paying for restarting the bot when its already a premium bot and requires a restart every 15 mins for it to function
