Hey mate, i've just tested it up until the point of combining (i don't have the required level) and it worked fine, withdrew the toadflax potions and the nests. Were you having issues withdrawing the potions, using the potion on the nest, or selecting the amount to make in the make all interface after using the items together? Would you mind trying again? Your game probably just needed to be restarted.

It said unable to find toadflax pots (unf) in bank.

Sounds like your game data wasn't loaded properly. Happens sometimes and restarting the game usually fixes it:)
