I DOWNLOAD IT EXTRACT THE WHOLE FILE AND FOR SOME reason they all end up being in seperate folders and idk how to access the client

Your opening the file with WinRAR, instead of Java :P
Make sure you got the latest Java installed, and if you do, run the following program as admin.

I think your missing Java.
1. Go to Java.com and install the latest Java
2. Run RuneMate
3. If it asks for 64bit Java [http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre8-downloads-2133155.html]
