Only 17 don't hate lol, working on a hardcore character they don't seem to paragon.

I used to play legit... then I went on to bot like 99% of the high paragon people.

Hardcore is still tough doe.

Never looked into botting on it, can you recommend a decent bot and whats the ban rates like?

Ros bot. The ban rates are really, really low. Blizzard are nothing like Jagex when it comes to banning people.
