The bot's working just fine, the interface not loading is a client bug which happens occasionally. Already looking at ways to stop it happening!

How can I fix this issue myself? Do I need to reinstall or something?

Delete that file, see if that helps. I advise checking using the Lite version of the bot so you don't waste your money!
