Cuppa Pickpocket [BETA] updated to v1.0.14.

• cleaned up list of NPCs to show NPCs with banking by default; the rest can be shown by clicking "show NPCs without banking" checkbox
• added support for thieving master farmer at farming guild, both areas
• bot will now walk to central ardy before worldhopping when looking for knight (or will walk to bank if thieving in bank only)
• some fixes to handling doors in ardy
• added some logic to get unstuck from common areas (eg 2nd floor of ardy bank, adding more later)
• added cakes to list of foods
• fixes to item logging
• minor tweaks
