Get 99 construction while saving over 100m compared to alternative methods!
Plays the Mahogany Homes minigame to earn construction points and xp. Easy plank sack and carpenter outfit!

Instructions​

In your House settings set 'Teleport inside' to off (Both are supported but this will be quicker).
If you're starting the bot when you already have a contract, make sure the bot is set to use the same contract type.

Requirements​

  • 25 construction (to move your house to Hosidius)
  • Your player-owned house must be in Hosidius
  • Talked to Amy in Falador at least once

Required items​

  • Items for the selected transportation methods
  • Hammer( Or Imcando hammer),
  • Saw (Or Amy's saw),
  • Rune pouch (optional) - Must already have the runes in the pouch or they will stay in the inventory
  • A staff (optional)
  • A tome (optional)
  • Steel bars
  • Planks - If doing Beginner(Level 1 construction) contracts
  • Oak planks - If doing Novice(Level 20 construction) contracts
  • Teak planks - If doing Adept(Level 50 construction) contracts
  • Mahogany planks - If doing Expert(Level 70 construction) contracts
  • (Recommended) Plank sack

Features​

  • Supports Planks, Oak planks, Teak planks and Mahogany planks
  • Supports teleport spells and tablets
  • Supports Ardougne cloak, Ring of wealth, Ring of the elements, Xeric's talisman, Chronicle
  • Supports Portal nexus and Portals inside the players house
  • Supports all Staffs
  • Supports Tome of fire and Tome of water
  • Support for Plank sack
  • Support for Amy's saw
  • Support for Rune pouch
  • Supports Npc contact and walking to the carpenters. Npc contact no longer required!
  • Supports banking at castle wars

MaxiBots features​

Activity system
  • Configure as many activities as you want and it will move on to the next one automatically after the specified goal has been met
  • Multiple goal types: Create x amount of items, run for x amount of time, run until a level is met, or no goal at all
  • Option to log out when all activities are completed or to let the games idle timer do it for you
Profiles
  • Save your activity profile and it will be remembered every time you run the bot so you don't have to waste time setting it up every session
  • Save as many profiles as you need
  • Some bots include predefined profiles for things like common 1-99 routes, how cool is that!
  • Option to automatically start the bot using the last profile that was ran
Break handler
  • We all need a break from the grind every now and then, your bot should too! Configure break profiles to make your bots play style look more humanlike
  • Save as many profiles as you need
  • Automatically generate a break profile based on min/max break length and min/max play time between breaks
  • Option to manually configure breaks, including editing breaks that were auto-generated
Item and profit tracker
  • Track all items gained or used
  • Shows item quantity, value, profit, hourly quantity and hourly profits per item
  • Shows overall profit and profit per hour
Change settings on the fly
  • Selected the wrong thing or had a change of mind mid session? No worries! Simply go back into the configuration page and update existing activities, or even add new ones. The changes will be applied as soon as you press start!
Stop after a given runtime
  • Ever worried you'll forget to stop a bot? Worry no more! With the stop timer you can set the bot to run for any number of hours and minutes and it will automatically stop when the time is up

I've been using this bot on and off for a while, and it runs without failing for as long as I let it. Doing expert contracts, getting ~160k xp/hr with small breaks included. Not sure why others are having problems with it.

Used this bot multiple times quite frequently got from 50-71 construction, love the bot. The last two times, I have used the bot though it has not worked correctly. I am using the exact same setup as before, but now when it goes to my bank it gets stuck on tab 5 even though I have the teak planks and the steel bars in other tabs, and it just refuses to get off of this action. I have tried setting it to different tasks moving the teak and steel bars into tab 5 and then it just sits in the spot until it takes the planks, out and closes the bot because it says no teaks in bank. This is in no shape or form me being negative just want to see if I can help get it back to working so I can continue using!!

Some RuneLite plugins can interfere with RuneMates ability to detect bank tabs properly. I'm pretty sure last time i saw this sort of behaviour it was the quest helper plugin. Let me know in discord or via DM if you're still having issues

Ran for 1.5 hours by itself without supervision. Got stuck looking for Hosidius bank and logged out and couldn't restart.

Really good not had any problems, simple set up and looks legit. Only thing is it shuts down instantly because my POH wasnt in kourend even though i selected Xerics talisman.

I have no idea what these annoying people are commenting about - if this were lightning fast you'd be banned from doing tick perfect homes for hours, something literally no one does by hand. This has gotten me a green log on two accounts, one that has sat for months without a ban. Highly recommend, just keep in mind it is not bot-like (if you're looking for that).

Giving a middle of the road review. works well enough when I run it on a computer with the GPU plugin enabled. However I usually run runemate on a VPS which does not have a dedicated GPU and this thing is spotty. One night worked ok (must have gotten stuck at some point then resumed sometimes later) However I will not even be trying on the VPS anymore as I was charged for about 8 hours while it did 2 contracts and stood trying to 'find bank' or 'click' a bank with no bank around ((dueling ring equipped btw) with no failsafe to stop bot if this happens?) Hopefully can get updated to run smoother when the gpu plugin is disabled.

Hi, the issue you're experiencing is a runemate from the recent update causing it to think things are visible that aren't sp its failing to interact. It should be fixed soon

Very nice bot but first time writing a review for one... works very well until it doesn't and will eventually stand idle "walking to bank" state. Definitely requires babysitting but overall i am happy. :) good job!

Bots seem to still be having issues since the game update. Hopefully a runemate update will fix things soon

Updating my review (was already 5/5) after using it A LOT. The only thing I would like added is support for house tele to barbara's>xeric's to the other kourend locations and support for mounted xeric's. It runs flawlessly 99% of the time. Great bot.
