OSRS 3 tick fishing

This applies to already existing scripts bots i'm curious would it be difficult to add a 3 tick fishing to a script bot? for example every time free invetory space decreases by 1 you would use Item (item ID nr1) on item (item ID nr2)?

When i think about it, thats true spectre slowed down a lot.
