I had the same isue for 2 days try to uninstall java and runemate, then download runemate and it will install the correct version of java, have the runemate and legacy runescape files installed in the same disk (C in my case), try to create a new windows user and repeat the same process, keep uninstaling java, runescape legacy mode, and runemate an then install them again, restart the computer. The isue is very random for me it got solved after i have all the antivirus off, i uninstalled one drive, re installed runemate, and it worked, like i said i had this isue for 2 days till i could solved it very randomly, good luck mate
Would be nice if we could force where RM could look for cache, that way no one has to reinstall anything and hopefully these bugs would be solved quickly/not happen
