Hi, I've been using the bot this morning and it keeps poping up an error about the location in game, even though im within the sandcrab area marked in the notes. Everytime it fails it charged $0.10 even though it only ran for a few minutes each time

hello i was using this bot today and it kept on bringing up error messages so i would have to keep stop and starting i lost about $1.00 very quickly

no it didn't throw anything it just said unexpected error and kept crashing it said send to dev so i sent the log if there was anything there Thank you for the refund
Hey Bot kept crashing due to the update, would like to get back to using it. Figured if I waited it would get hotfixed but each time I tried it would pull $.10 Screenshot - 932cf8daff93e3b091ab2d19b277b11a - Gyazo Each time it started it would crash. Any way I could get a refund for the potential four lost hours?
Try going into the bot settings under 'Humanizer' and disabled the 'Hover over skill' checkbox. This should work as a temp fix.

Hello! Loving this bot, I think you’ve done a great job! However, I am having one issue, with «the boat guy» on crab island, the bot will approach him (on both mainland and on the island) but it won’t actually travel, instead it justs walks back and forth at the boat guys location. Sadly the bot did this all night for me. Luckily I didn’t get a ban, but the bot ate a lot of my credits. I’ve decided to turn off banking for now, but as a pure i will run out of food so I have to babysit this. Apart from this I am very happy with your product, and I have a few questions: 1. Is this a common issue with your bot? 2. Do you recommend botting crabs somewhere else? 3. Is it possible to be refunded my credits, it was botting for about 2 hours before it got stuck on the boat guy for 10+ hours
Thanks for reporting this! I'll go test out this location myself, it's possible that Jagex changed Boat Guy's interaction actions or something like that. 1) It shouldn't be a common issue, but I'll go test. 2) There's more sand crabs supported in the Crab Claw cave, and it has banking support at the Hosidius House bank north of the Woodcutting guild. That's a pretty good locations. 3) Yes! Totally possible to get a refund. Just pm me with a screencapture of your transactions page and a link to your log file. You can post your log file to something like pastebin. If you don't know how to find your log files, just go to Help -> View Logs in the RuneMate client. Thanks for being a great customer and properly reporting an issue! You'd be surprised how rare that is lol.

Crabclaw island gets stuck when trying to travel back to bank, its not able to click the person to travel , just clicking around the boat/water.
