Decided to try this bot out been away from the rs community for ages.. was thinking about paying for this bot but i was banned after botting for one night which leads me to believe this bot is detected. Does it use an injection method to access the games memory.. if it does then this is why it is detectable. so again this bot is 100 percent detectable and you will be banned for using it, i lost all 3 accounts and was using them on different computers with a vpn.. so yeah the actual bot software is garbage now.

RuneMate isn't detected. Have you used other bot clients? They are most likely what contributed to your ban. That said, any time you decide to bot, you immediately accept a risk that you may be banned. I've personally botted to max cape on RS3 and a number of max melee accounts on OSRS.
