my botting hours are messed up i have only used 56 out of 200 yet it says ive used all my hours this month so please fix this asap as i am a supporter i pay u guys money but your not giving me what i payed for, this is not acceptable.
Judging by your forum profile you aren't a supporter (anymore?) Perhaps your payment from 30 days ago ran out and you have to renew it again

Why do you have two RuneMate accounts? The usage hours from multiple RuneMate accounts will combine, further taking away from your monthly allowance.
