Hello, I am not sure where to post this, as I dident want to post in the chat box and encourage people to use the chat box for help.

My question is related to the runemate client I suppose.

I have made a new account after my other account got banned on my IP address. How long should I play legitly on this new account before I start botting maybe 2 hours aday? I can't change my IP address. I don't want to pay for vps, In my opinion you are either detected or not.

    I don't think jagex bans IP's.
That's for you to decide how long you want to play legit to avoid a ban, do whatever you think needs to be done to be safe.
Personally I switch up botting with legit questing.

I have made two accounts so far both have been banned from using runemate for 40mins which is really annoying. It seems my Ip is flagged and it means all my accounts I bot on are constatnly being watched.

I am lost for words. I don't know what todo I am wondering If I should leave it for a month until I am off their watch list?

    Jagex do ban IP's.

Change your IP or use a VPN.

Tho I doubt that they would ban a low profile botter who bots for fun, a goldfarmer on the other hand.
Hard resetting your modem/router would easily bypass this I assume.

    @OP
Try creating another account on a different ip adress, use a neighbours wifi or something, use runemate, do the same things you got banned for before and see what happens.

hmm... you know these are good answers but I can't change my Ip i am with virgin media very sticky. I don't like using vpns or proxys because when I bot I also play legtly on it as well.

Hard resetting your modem or router will get you a new ip.

Are these F2P accounts or members? And how many accounts have you been banned on before?

If you have a static IP, you'll need to request a new one from your ISP. Should just be a case of making a phone-call. The other thing to do is delete your jagex-cache, as it's pretty much a confirmed way of Jagex flagging your PC as having a history of botting.

I did phone them up, she said to me we cant because you have super hub 3 so there is no setting in the hub for us to change it.
so I dident want to argue and just said ok thanks bye.

Ill try that deleting jagex folder thing ill also run ccleaner as well to get rid of any traces.

If you're on Virgin Media and you have a superhub you do not have a static ip.

Generally one has to request a static IP as they are an additional charge for most ISPs.

Just turn off your hub for ~20 mins and when you turn it back on, it should acquire a new IP.

i left it off for 7 or 8 hours and dident optain a new ip address, I would of known this because runemate would of asked me to confirm my new ip change upon login into runemate client.
