These non-descriptive post titles always make me giggle. It sounds so feverish.

Can’t connect securely to this page
This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings. If this keeps happening, try contacting the website’s owner.

    Try this:

We use TLS 1.3 (TLS_AES_128_GCM_SHA256, 128 bit keys) and a certificate verified by COMODO CA Limited. All normal stuff. You may have some odd browser settings set. I would recommend trying a different browser, e.g. Firefox if you were trying with Chrome or vice versa.

Sounds like your computer setup is pretty messed up. Can you show the contents of that log file? Also you can try installing Java 8 yourself if the autodownloader is not working on your computer: Java SE Development Kit 8 - Downloads.

Your posts are really confusing so it's hard to help you, but it sounds like you're just doing something wrong.

To clarify, what you should have done is
    • install java 8
    • install runescape osrs official client
    • install runemate
    • run runemate
    • use runemate
there's plenty of tutorials online like

please let us know specifically where you're stuck
