Like usual, it pops up the update notification and required to close the client first. After the update, the client clashed and cannot be opened. After testing a few times, i decided to uninstall the client and install it back, the installation should be completed, however the desktop icon was not created and nothing pops up even i click the application. In other words, i cant open the client as nothing shows up Note: i am using mac bk pro with OS X El Capitan version 10.11.6
