    For future reference in case anyone comes across this - this restriction has nothing to do with RuneMate, rather, it is a restriction between PayPal and you as the end user. It could be due to many factors including your bank or your card issuer refusing to honour PayPal transactions.

    Your best course of action is to contact your bank and/or PayPal to find out more.
