RS3 Can't run any instances, please help

I used to get that agent initialization error, but I fixed that by making sure I had 32 bit java and running both the client and the game in admin mode. Now, when I click create instance, nothing happens apart from the loading wheel, it goes back to the create instance page. Please help me out, thanks
