Bug Changed password but game client said locked out due to password attempts. Help?

Hey there. First time playing this year since being hacked last year and having my main's account wiped clean of items. It's been a while, and I forgot my Runemate password. I reset it successfully, as you can see by my ability to post here. However the game client apparently didn't update by the time I used my new password, and it's now locked me out.

How long will this last? Can an admin please review and release my account somehow? Thanks guys
