i didn't know that the client auto updates so it never occurred to me this is a bug until arbi mentioned it. Anyways every time a client update happens and i try to open the client the blue circle thing pops up and then disappears and the client doesn't open so i just download it again then it works. i have like 25 jar files of runemate cause of that lol. I'm on a macbook pro btw @Cloud
Assuming you have the correct permissions it should work fine. You can try running runemate from terminal next time before an update and if an error occurs please send it to me.
