Wish it was that easy. I've restarted everything 100 times and uninstall and reinstall everything

worked fine up until the runemate update (24 hours ago) and now the bots wont load up to the osrs clients. just the spinning circle loading thing just keeps on spinning.

Tried the following but still no good.

    1. uninstalling runemate and re-installed
    2. removed java and re-installed
    3. removed all the jagex cache
    4. restarted computer
    5. nothing seem to work.

If you installed java manually try to uninstall java and runemate and install runemate again. It will automatically download the correct java since you may need a diffrient one. Runemate works for me atm, so it's definetly an issue on ur side.

that did not work as runemate does not automatically install java. now runemate wont even open the osrs client becuase there is no java. i will install java again and than try installing new version of the jdk. see if that makes a difference.

Runemate comes with its own java shipped within I think...? I had problems when clicking the runemates start instance button, it just kept loading and loading (the spinning logo).

The problem occured after I had installed Java 11 (64bit). What I had to do to fix this was to remove the JAVA path from windows environment variables and Runemate started working properly..
My solution post: Question - Runemate not working [ loading screen]

i followed this guide from the support section of the forums. did not work. so i went and manually downloaded java myself after i followed all those steps and it finally worked. and yes i noticed runemate has it's own java but it did not work so i went and thought maybe i go java site and manually download it and it worked. also i used ccleaner to remove all the crap and restarted computer and it worked.
    1. Uninstall RuneMate
    2. Uninstall ALL Java installations
    3. Uninstall all RuneScape clients
    4. Delete all of your Jagex Cache
    5. Delete all of your RuneMate cache
    6. Restart computer
    7. Reinstall RuneScape client
    8. Download RuneMate
    9. Install RuneMate and it will automatically install the correct Java version for you
** went to java site myself and installed java and it finally worked after doing those 9 steps above**
