I just bought a brand new pc, the first thing I downloaded was RuneMate, after 1 hour using it my computer froze, had to forcefully shut down and when I turned it back on, I couldn't use RuneMate anymore and I can't get in Oracle or Java website, not point fingers, but I think this might be a malware downloaded from runemate.

I can assure you RuneMate is a safe and clean program.
How much RAM does your PC have ?

It's kinda hard to tell what's causing the issue with your given information [no offence].
Allow me or a staff member to Teamview you ?

To me, it seems like RuneMate used up to many RAM of your pc and caused the freeze/lagg.
Use my problem solving tool to allocate 2GB of RAM and see if the problem persists :)

    Regarding your site accessing problems:
Try to temporarily disable your Antivirus/Firewall, and try to access the sites again.

My suggestion would be to look into recently installed software besides RuneMate, maybe something else is causing the problem. Do you play any other Java games? If you haven't tried already I would also suggest a clean install of Java and RuneMate.. and just incase I'd make sure all Runescape and RuneMate temp files are deleted too... Heck delete all temp files while you're at it.

Straight from the get-go I would recommend reformatting to be quite honest with you.
Pre-built systems are renowned for being loaded to the teeth with bloatware which is never an enticing prospect.

Also it's probably safe to assume the issue is on your end, as opposed to RuneMate's, given that no-one else appears to have had this issue.

    RuneMate is not malware. :)
Why not? Is the website blocked? Explain please.
