Constantly paying for hours and not receiving anything at all

Hello everyone, experienced a weird thing. Well, I've been botin' since mid November, with one account most of time. What happened you can see in the pictures (Links/images provided below) I've been recently paying to receive some hours of the service and nothing happened at all, once 2$ were paid and i wasn't even granted a "Supporter" status, and even two times later after receiving that status I noticed that I was in minus of hours. How is that possible, I am sure I did not use so many hours, and would like to find a way to sort that problem. Don't want no dramas, but what do we pay for?
NOTE: The remaining -105 hours were after last 3 payments made in December 6th, all those 7$ for what?
