Resolved Could not connect to the server

    The message "Could not connect to the server. Please check your firewall settings" appears when i try to login, but my firewall and antivirus is disabled. Can anybody please help me?

    Please clarify, is this occurring on the RuneMate client or RuneScape client?

    If the latter, seek support from Jagex directly.

    In the standalone version of RuneMate

    And i can't install the windows version, every time i try install the error "i4j_nlog_" appears.

    Please remove all RuneScape, RuneMate and Java installations.

    Restart your computer

    Install RuneScape

    Install RuneMate and let it automatically install the correct JRE.

    Then see if this occurs again.

    The issue was with my Network, it's resolved now, thanks by the support.

    Do you mind sharing what you did to fix it? That way other users with a similar issue can try what you did.

    i was using a Wi-fi repeater that somehow blocked the runemate client, now i'm using a different router.
