No problem, but when tagging people they will get a notification, so in case they aren't online right now they still recognize the report

You should run RuneMate in debug mode, and show us a screenshot of the debug window.
Open up Notepad, and paste in the following.
    Code (Text):
    1.
    2. java -jar RuneMate.jar
    3.
Make sure you save it as a .bat file, and save both this file and RuneMate on your desktop.

EDIT: There's no need to run RuneMate is debug mode.
Simply post the contents of the [latest] log file found at C:\Users\username\RuneMate\logs

Can you give me a run-through as to how to fix this issue? I made a notepad file and pasted in the thing you posted, and I clicked on the .bat file and it still had the issue. I'm really new at this, so sorry if it's a remarkably simple fix.

The instructions I've posted were simply to run RuneMate in debug mode, in order to find the issue.

There's no need to run RuneMate in debug to be honoust.
Simply run RuneMate, and create a new thread at https://www.runemate.com/community/forums/client-site-support.69/
Locate the latest updated log file at C:\Users\username\RuneMate\logs and paste the contents on your thread using code tags.
