Hello, I purchased $5 in credit yesterday to use toward Wintertodt Prime and have noticed that my credits have gone down significantly since I last checked. I have only utilized the script bot for around ~4-5 hours (5.00 - (5 * 0.08) ~= 4.60) yet as of now I have $2.84 remaining in my balance. I assume this is because I have used the break manager; Currently have it on a 24h cycle to bot for a particular period and then rest until the next day. I assume this is a glitch and should not be happening. Should I contact the script bot's author for a refund or RuneMate staff? Also, is the only option to prevent this from happening to manually start/stop the script bot? Thank you.
If you manually start & stop the bot then you'll be charged. Break manager does count with hours so you will be charged while you're breaking.
Thanks, I hope that this will be changed. Seems pretty trivial to do and currently I can't imagine it really serves a purpose other than getting more money out of users.
IMO the credit thing is bugged xD i started Maxi Fletcher, and it just stopped... It charged me, but i did not get an hour of usage... Happend to me 3x ...
Thats not a bug lmao, well it is but not with the hour system its with the bot, which you should've reported to the dev to fix read the FAQ.
If a premium bot is bugged, and the bot author does not respond contact an executive to (temp)remove the premium status of the bot. Aidden is however a busy man, if you wait and tag him again, you'll probably get a response.
I started the bot in total like 7 times, 3 out of 7 it started and just logged me out, and the bot stops @Aidden
So tell me the exact settings you used... Screenshots are preferred. Knowing the exact settings used helps in diagnosing the problem. And sometimes people think they're choosing something that they're not and then wonder why it isn't working.
i dont think i can start the bot again since i ran out of credits i will start te free one and tell you all settings used. it was pretty basic though just making magic shortbow (u) witj preset one and no goals
I'm assuming it checked your bank for logs and then logged out saying you were out of resources? Preset might be broken, i know it was on some of my other bots a while back.
