Currently, to view your RuneMate hours usage, you visit this page and filter by last 30 days to view how much you have used. This issue with this is that people forget when they subscribed, how much they paid and what this entitles them to. This seems to cause a lot of confusion for new supporters on how the system works, and many appear to be frustrated when they, not knowing how the system works, purchase a subscription and run out of hours. My Suggestion: You purchase supporter packages in a 30 day block (as you do now). Your subscription or purchase is displayed with a Time Remaining and Expiry Date on the Services page. Example: Your hour package expires on January 31st 2017 00:00 EST You have: 17 hours remaining
support its just stupid to pritty much find out ur game time gone bye bye cause u put hours in on ur last day id be pissed
That's not how it works... If you get 500 hours at the start of the month and then on the 27th you go and get another 500, the first 500 expire on the 30th and the second 500 expire 30 days from the 27th.
@Arbiter please. An hours work improving this could save hours upon hours of pointless "assistance" from current and future Staff.
