Hi, im new to Runemate and I use to bot preEoC and just getting back into on osrs, ive already received a ban on my account from early on when osrs first started so im hesitant to bot on my main and I decided to make a new account to bot on but its just F2P and im wondering if theres a difference in the chances of getting banned between members and F2P cause I dont want to drop $10 on membership yet if im going to get banned a few days later.

All advice on how to bot safely is greatly appricated :)

Yes, the ban rate is higher because there's a lot people who make suicide bots on f2p to make extra money.

This doesn't mean that f2p botting would be 'impossible' to do. You'll just need to figure out what bots are safe to use and make your account look as legitimate as possible. This can be done by doing quests as example.

Absolutely yes. Botting f2p is just throwing accounts away.

    I would suggest to:
    • not bot overnight
    • not bot in common places (rock crabs)
    • not bot with botting gear (d med, granite body etc)
    • do babysit once in awhile
    • use bots that are around awhile and that are stable
    • play regularly doing quests etc once in awhile
    • not start botting right at level 3
    • have conversations with people
    • think your sessions through, switch skills etc.

Thank you very much everyone, I do babysit the bot cause im usually working on my main at the same time but ive wanted to bot it while im at work, or lifting. I guess I should just go ahead and just buy a membership and hope for the best it seems
