recommend bittrex over binance by far. Much simpler in terms of actual trading, more complex chart analysis, wider range of cryptos available (except iota, which is binance's only real advantage), and binance lags pretty hard when volumes are high.

Binance doesn't require verification, though. In contrast, I've heard horror stories about people's funds being locked up in Bittrex for weeks.

Never had any problems. No verification required for bittrex as well. An unverified account's only limitation is like 2-3 bitcoins (lol) and you can't transfer funds off of the exchange more than 4 times in 1 day, which is a 24 hour cooldown.

Buy Bitcoin with Credit Card - PayBis

other payments there as well aside from cc, like amazon gift card which would probably be easiest for you.

anybody whos gonna try to buy btc with some roundabout method like agc ( or runemate credits??? L) or other things like that is gonna pay major fees no matter what for the inconvenience. Btc fees alone are upwards of $10 for an average transaction (15-20%) unless you're willing to wait 9 years.

edit: just realized tho there's a flat $5 fee for credit card L so you literally can't even buy $10 worth of btc here.

BTC fees are over $10, even with Segwit. You'd be better off buying Litecoin/Ethereum and then exchanging that for BTC.
