Help with credit card

    So i just a credit card,but i have no fucking clue on how to use it.


    So lets say i bought groceries and spent $350, and i put it on the credit card. do i pay the $350 next month or is it like monthly payment type shit.

    Let's say you pay the minimal monthly payment, you will forever be paying that 305$ off, always pay 3x the minimal payment, if you can pay full balance off that's even better

    one last thing what is this "Purchase Rate: 24.99% variable APR"

    that's a 24.99% interest rate on purchases that can change at any point

    Credit cards are good for building a credit history, so long as you pay it off.

    I use mine for every day expenses (petrol, groceries etc.) and pay it off in full.

    They only become a problem if you start using it to purchase things you can't afford - think of it as a loan. The bank is essentially loaning you money on a card for you to use, you then have to pay this back to them and if you don't pay it off in full, the following month they will start charging interest.
