That's certainly a lot of information for us to help you with. What bot are you trying to run? Have you closed and re-opened Runemate? Do you have the LEGACY client installed?
do you mean the runemate taskbar icon? it looks green and is circle, mine been doing that but i just disable window 10 notifications.
I do everything correctly according to the tutorial. Then when I hit "celestial rooftops", run, select osrs, select my account, the green circle with dots just continuously spins.
