Hi.. ill get straight to the point... after my 200 free hours ended, i made 2 different purchase of $2 on 07/18/17. which allowed to have 400hours allowed. i went 32 hours over therefore 432. days ago on 08/14/17 I made another payment of $2 and my allowed hours went to 600hours. Now everything was going well until today 08/17/2017 when i wanted to bot but i couldn't because the system i ran out of hours allowed. I checked the services on the website and my allowed hours went back to 400hours from 600hrs and remaining hours -32. So i went looking for help into the "shoutoutbox" on forum.. and no solution. about 30 minutes later i checked the services tab.. and it changed again from from 400 hours to 200hours allowed and remaining hours to negative 232.

I have a print of all my payments for proof.

The purchases on 7/18 expired. Removing the hours from what you can use. However this does not affect the hours used. You will need to make another purchase or wait til used hours roll off your account.
edit: the hours used are on a rolling hour system. They roll off and become available again 30 days from use just like the payments for additional hours, except payments for hours add to the allowed hours, they do not touch the used hours, so after the 30 days the additional hours are removed from allowance, but the used hours are not

Please post the screenshots of your payments from within PayPal. Hide any personally identifiable information.

$2.00 Supporter payments grant you NO extra hours, you just unlock the supporter forum status and access to supporter bots.

    Additionally, read the payment FAQ:

    Hour System:
The hour system works on a 30 day period. If you are a free user, you are able to bot up to a maximum of 200 hours in one single 30 day period. You can view your current hours usage here, by filtering by "Last 30 Days" Log in | Community | RuneMate

Bot hours don't just "reset" at a given time. Your remaining hours are calculated by subtracting the hours you've used in the last 30 days from the total hours that you bought. Here's an example:

Let's say today is October 1st, and you buy 3000 hours. Let's say that you use 100 hours every day. On October 31st (30 days later), you run out of hours, so you can't bot anymore. On the next day (November 1st), you'll regain the hours that you used 30 days ago (October 1st's hours), meaning that you'll have another 100 hours to bot with. The day after that you'll regain the hours you used on October 2nd, giving you another 100 hours, etc.

That lines up perfectly for what I stated above. you reached the 30day mark and the first 2 expired and were removed from allowance. but the hours used still remain, and can take up to 30 days to roll off account, unless you spend 4$ more today to get back to 600 hours

2$ payment gives you the supporter rank with no additional hours. Everything beyond the 2$ gains additional hours for your account

The payments roll off/expire exactly 30days from purchase at time of purchase initially made.
So you saw the first drop after first payment expired, then you saw another drop when second payment made same day expired. Leaving you with most recent supporter payment with no additional hours now. for that you have 27 days left. spend 4$ more today you will go back to 600 hours, until the payment 3 days ago expires, dropping you to the payment made today of 400 hours
