How does Jagex detect bots?

    There's obviously a point where human behaviour can't be differentiated from bot behaviour (if the bot is realistic) and thus there's a line which Jagex won't cross (and obviously they've been successful)- would Jagex ban an account who has been skilling for 14 hours straight when it could be a totally legitimate person?

    To those of you who have botted multiple 99s, and in the past been banned for botting, what did you do differently? Did you buy a better script bot? Did you bot outside of office hours?

    they spy through your window when you're not paying attention

    just close your curtains and you're all safe

    For me they actually came knocking on my door
    but good old me told them to fk off :)

    its not that they can easily detect bots,its that they detect patterns usually.
