Stop spamming the forums. Your thread will be replied to when people have the time to reply to it.

Different staff/executives live in different timezones, so randomly tagging them in your posts won't achieve much.

Do the following, even if you have already:
    1. Uninstall RuneMate
    2. Uninstall ALL Java installations
    3. Uninstall all RuneScape clients
    4. Delete all of your Jagex Cache
    5. Reinstall RuneScape client
    6. Download RuneMate
    7. Install RuneMate
If you do the above and it still does not work, I will escalate this further.

Your network card/firewall is stopping RuneMate from connecting to RuneScape through a socket. Ensure you have both white-listed in whatever firewall or anti-virus you're using and if that doesn't work, try running as administrator.

    I dance, as well.

"Failed to bind to the game client because of an IOException" is a gamepack issue and I should contact cloud to fix it.

It's got nothing to do with an external firewall.

It should also have nothing to do with your gamepack, actually.

IOExceptions don't all have the same cause. This is the bit you should have been interested in:

It sounds as though you're on a hotel's WiFi, rather than your normal home WiFi where this does not occur.

    Is this correct?

Does this occur if you use another network temporarily? eg: Your mobile hotspot.

Highly unlikely you can bypass their firewall or network settings that are interfering with RuneMate.

You could try a VPN (at your risk) but your best bet may be to wait until you are home and back at your normal network.
