Bug java.lang.InternalError: instrument library is missing in target VM

Hello,
I've tried several tricks other threads have suggested but when clicking "Start Instance" nothing happens.

I have the latest Java (both 32-bit and 64-bit I believe), I've allowed JagexLauncher and RuneMate through Windows Firewall and added them as exceptions in avast. I have the Old School RuneScape client downloaded from Jagex's site.
