JavaFX is getting removed from JDK 11 will it eventually die?

    What are your thoughts on JavaFX getting removed from JDK 11?

    Why would it die? It's just being separated from the jdk. It won't get discontinued or anything.

    If anything, this means it's more useful as separate product because you don't need the entire JDK anymore. It can now be used as a separate library instead.

    It beats swing or AWT by a long shot so I'm not sure what everyone's hate on JFX is.
