    Hit 99 strength safely RuneMating my way there while putting in 13+hour shift at work not even thinking about being banned never had a fear with the break setup i had..On to pumpin strength now :)

    Yeah I ran this for 7 hours straight without breaks (testing purposes) and didn't get hit with a ban. Its probably the best bot on RM right now.

    bot that is pretty much more realistic 3ticking bots are harder to get banned with cuz its harder to do so they most likely think its a real person if u put breaks on it and its faster xp then normal fly fishing
