Bug My client crashed I had to reopen it and stop bot, then I got charged twice...

Screenshot I got charged 2x in almost the same minute, will I get a refund? This time is only .10 but still 10 cents that i'm throwing away. Another thing if that happens more than 5x per day thats ,50 per day which *30 turns a good money to be throwed away

I just want make sure if in that case I get the refund.
 
Forgot to say, it was supposed to be 2h at first, then I stopped it but the rs client crashed, I let the bot running, cause I would restart it, so it turn 2:5x to 3:xx so I had to re open and re start the bot, in that case, wasnt my fault. I'm refundable?
