after i got perm banned for ahk, i said fuck this shit i'm getting into some serious botting, tried suicide botting some free woodcutting bots to try grounds, they got banned after 3 days or so, then ran fletching bots for 10 hours a day, got banned a few days later, now i ran premium bots 8h a day on tops, usually was just up to 5 hours and they received (2 accounts) permaban today in the morning, however they lasted longer than usual, they still got permed. it's inevitable.
I beg to differ. None of my accounts which I actually took care of have been banned. Gained millions of experience on both game modes without getting banned as long as I wasn't suiciding.

doing nothing but botting 4 hrs / day (i could probably do more but i'd rather just make more accounts than make them run longer) for the past 3-4 months or so with no bans on either of my accounts.
To each their own. After getting a 2 day ban a few years ago on my main on OSRS, I haven't opened up a bot client. I've trained and improved my account on my own and the game is more enjoyable this way. I do like writing bots though.
i've only ever lost osrs accounts when i've suicided em. and even then some live. except for one that was fresh off tut island and got gotted at goblins.
Botted on my main that has multiple bans already on it and two alts (one with one ban in the past, before I ever used RM) Honestly, I'd say if anything helps apart from not suiciding and babysitting, it'd have to be maintaining a "schedule" and questing.
