I just got into runemate, and i started up the Prime Winter, the bot would get stuck looking for entity so i restarted not knowing it cost every time. I would like a refund for the time taken away as bot never ran. And when i finally tried it would get stuck. Thank you, and im sorry if im just a noob
 
the wintertodtbot is for sure broken

You should use Regal Wintertodt. I've been running it on a fresh Account all week. Up to 82 so far.

I went on and gave you a refund from my personal credits. Give Regal a shot . You should have problems with it.
