RM is not / will not die; The RS3 Portion might be a ghost awaiting resurrection for a while though ;) OSRS has always been the primary botting location by a significant margin as far as I know, so Runemate will continue to thrive.

Wrong to say RM is dead when like 95% users use it for OSRS

Runemate is currently the best botting platform in my opinion. Both for script bot developers and users. As long as people still play runescape and there is not a competitor on the market that can rival RuneMate,it wont be dead.

Yes, but a lot of client developers have said they won't support RS3. They claim it is a massive project and really not worth it for the small amount of users. Whether RuneMate see it differently remains to be seen ;)
