First Step: follow THIS tutorial Second Step: download the legacy client Third Step: run RuneMate then run the RS3 application IN THE MOUNTED DISC IMAGE Fourth Step: select your options then select your RS3 client. It should ask you to close out RS3 Fifth Step: Close out and re-run from within the client Sixth Step: ???? Seventh Step: Profit!
