What I mean by freeze is that it freezes for a few minutes and then updates to a more current frame where it is frozen, and the cycle repeats. This happens when the overlay rate is set to 0 and then set back to any integer greater than 0. If you set an overlay rate greater than 0, you will need to restart the client for it to reflect these changes.
