    Paid $25 (which equals to 2500hrs of botting) and I've only used 1k hrs. However it's not letting me bot.

    Would appreciate if I could get this resolved asap =)

    Same problem here. Free user, i have 200 hours max. The website show I used 177 hours.

    Little different for me.. Its obv a bug for me as I'm still Supporter but I can't use hrs.

    Your limit is in the last 30 days, not since the start of each month. If you extend your graphs range to show 10/11/2016-11/11/2016 it will likely say you used 200 hours

    I had this problem earlier in the week. I filtered by last 30 days and it showed 187 hours, but within the client was telling me I was at my 200 hour limit and could not run any more.

    I waited a day and it then worked again.

    I was wondering if it is to do with the local user time vs. time of the server for calculating dates?

    Hello?? Wtf is this customer service...? I paid $25 yet I can't use it? I'm gonna have to chargeback if I don't get any replies..? I don't want to but come on, tell me what S going on...

    So you still can't use it even though it's been like 5 days? How many hours does it say you botted now? The only person who can do anything about it is @Arbiter and he's away at the moment. I'll link him to the thread but i can't guarantee he'll be online.
