Bug Paid for 500 hours, i have not received credit

    I have paid for 500 hours of credits over a week ago, i have message multiple members of the staff and cannot get an answer from them. Help would be nice.

    Did you pay for 500 hours of the Supporter package, or did you purchase premium bot credits?

    The two are very different.

    I can see your account has a Supporter badge, so I am assuming you have received what you purchased

    If not, given the payment system is completely automated, it means there is a delay with the payment at your end - either your bank hasn't honoured the transaction or PayPal hasn't fully processed yet.
