i paid for a subscription for a supporter but i didn't get the supporters credit i cannot use the bot. how do i see active subscriptions to cancel them and try renew them?
Supporter only gives you more hours (if you pay more than 2$) you can use on free/premium bots. However, you must also purchase credits to pay for the hourly rates of premium bots. You may purchase credits this way : https://www.runemate.com/community/adcredits/packages or by buying them from other users on the forums/discord.
This is correct. Supporter =/= Premium Bot Credits. Supporter (or Sponsor) packages give you more hours to bot with, Wallet Credits let you run premium bots that charge per hour. You can find out more about the Wallet Credits system here: Tutorial - Wallet and Premium Bots FAQ
