Honestly RS3 accounts are not worth as much these days as they once were. My maxed main account is worth around $150.00 USD according to the research I've done. I would say your account is worth somewhere around the $55.00 - 65.00 USD mark.
I'm no expert on account pricing so your estimate may be more accurate than mine. I would recommend checking out accounts similar to yours on Player Auctions and see what price they are going for.

That's not true. I've seen rolled back accounts that have gotten botted back to their original stats and much more before the owner quit. That being said, any kind of ban history does make this account worth less. You'd probably get more from botting conservatively on it yourself until ban than you'd get for selling it.
Agreed I was rolled for 100m a few years back. Lost a few capes, not my combat ones since they had over 25m xp. Botted it all back up It's about the way you do it
